RAM - Poor Service and No Care

When you ask to speak to the manager but I agent says the manager can't speak now he wants to knock off early. This was at 4:45. It's enough to tell you what service you can expect from them as a courier company. When the drivers lie, and state on the collection log that they tried to collect and nobody was home but you were waiting all day and no one came? That's enough to tell you never to use this joke of a company again.
