Ram Poor service

I'm very disappointed with the service that Ram couriers provides, on Monday I was sent a message that my package is on its way and I dropped all my plans to wait for them but my package was not delivered.. I called and spoke to Vusi and while we were talking he decided to hang up the phone on morning, Tuesday morning I called the customer service number and the lady told me she will make a note for my package to be delivered and still nothing... when I track where my package is it shows it's still at the ram depot, it is frustrating because I have to go to work and I don't know when will I get my package because when I asked to collect it they say no one is allowed at their depot... I'm really frustrated!
