RAM POOR SERVICE

Ram service is very poor, i have two boxes from avon that were suppose to be delivered 22/07/200 the other one 27/07/2020 today is the 08/08/2020 and still no parcel delivered. I contacted the several times, they promise to call back and they don't. Sent an email that the issue is resolved but its not, I am here waiting for my parcels and customers need their orders but dololo. Yesterday Friday 07/08/2020 i tried contacting them again but there was no response. Ram service is very poor, I do not recommend it to anyone
