Ram poor service

I'm an angry person customer , I send a parcel with Ram to Bloemfontein and the car was hijacked with my parcel worth R8000 a laptop ,I'm surprised that they don't want to pay me back, I I asked for a case number or waybill number but no assistance would kindly assist on this matter as my kid is in need of that laptop. 😭😭😭
