RAM poor service
Refused to deliver my phone because i only had a copy of my id and not the original after being instructed by vodacom that i only need a copy of my id. My id is in jhb and we are in durban on vacation. Phoned customer care and no one is willing to help resolve the problem.

28 Mar 2019, 15:29Already spoke to vodacom and just saying there is nothing they can do. Still waiting for somebody on your side to phone me. The driver said he would phone management and get back ro me but still hasnt. I see that im not the first person to complain about your services.
