RAM poor service

I upgraded online via Vodacom. I then tracked my order and the update on the order said Outgoing Call - No Delivery Attempt - NEED STREET NUMBER. NOBODY phoned me, when i enquired they sent this to another province, yet i filled in my details when i ordered the phone. This is the worst service ever. Still haven't received my phone.
