RAM poor delivery service

I ordered some items at Dischem Pharmacy and my order arrived on the 9th of December 2024 and the date for delivery on RAM website for tracking my Parcel was the 12th of December 2024 and the delivery waiting was written 3 days . However it's the 13th today, 5 days of my Parcel being at RAM with no communication whatsoever and no delivery.
