RAM poor delivery and bad communication from drivers and contact centre
Good day RAM has cancelled the delivery of my parcel A***I have provided the drive with the delivery address additional to what you provided and he called and told me he does not deliver in Pretoria NorthHe said he delivers only in Pretoria West That is an inconvenience since i had arranged for someone to be in the house for collection of that delivery This is a disappointment Your delivery partner is giving you a poor rating.
The driver decided in his own to cancel my delivery and the office did not assist. They put me in hold and gave me excuses

I called the contact centre and provided the address, one of your Agents left me hanging
sogonoke street, Princeton park, unit35, Chantelle x47
If it is an address issue, why was this not confirmed? and when the driver called and i gave him address and even directed him, he still cancelled the delivery
