RAM poor communication

They sent me an SMS indicating they'll deliver my parcel yesterday between 8 and 5. I cancelled my plans waiting for the delivery.

Never pitched, no apologies, no SMS to say we can't make it. Just another sms today that says the same thing as yesterday.

That's very poor customer service.
