Ram Polokwane Employees complaining of incorrect overtime on time cards

Good day

I have received a tip off that employees in polokwane Branch still have a problem with time cards not issued on time and when they hand them to employees the timecards have a lot of errors where they are not even being fixed.

Can this issue be investigated and find out why must the employees go to the office every month for the same time card problems?

-Who is responsible for correcting the errors of the timecards? It seems like someone is not doing his or her job and gets away with it!!! please get this addressed
