Ram parcel stuck for no reason
I've been waiting for my parcel from cellc last week 3 May 2023 even now haven't received and it frustrating because they blaming cellc for authorization where else they are the one who don't want to send the parcel, now I end up calling Ram everyday I'm fed up with this and will never order from cellc due to their bad routine of delivering parcels .

08 May 2023, 10:18It will be better if you were telling me of the exact date for delivery. Worse no action as from last week Wednesday. And no communication made only lies. I've never seen a such low level of service. Worse it Monday today business day still no communication made

08 May 2023, 11:41Home Mkhambathini kwanyavu abebhuze stop no.3 next to Phangindawo. That was long time discussed that the parcel should be delivered at my home address. And I've phoned cellc they saying they have done all on their side . The issue is on your side. And it was discussed that the parcel will take 2 to 3 days for delivery as it was for emergency use .or I could have used an alternative. Please assist if u can immediately
