RAM PARCEL ****** AND TAKING NO RESPONSIBILITY
My R23000.00 parcel was ****** while in their possession and no one told me to tick insurance box. Now they saying sorry for your loss. Not acceptable. If they want to be in charge of taking peoples goods from one place to the next and get paid for it they have to take precautions too. RAM Pretoria worst company ever.
