RAM Nowhere to nowhere courier

Hopeless and full of lies. Received sms from them saying my parcel was suppose to be deliver on 21st May and sms everyday after that, except Sunday, saying that parcel is on the way. Its Tuesday 26th and guess what? Nothing yet. Companies must stop using courier, "Tv stars", that can't keep their side of the business
