Ram not reliable

I have been unable to get my parcel, I called Friday and they had a wrong address i updated the address and they promised to deliver it today but when I called today the said the address is not updated .

I am not happy at all , I wanted to collect it now because I have been waiting for this parcel but no you kept saying my address is not updated, will I ever get my parcel?
