Ram - Not delivering this time

I order a parcel from a Vodacom which I previously also ordered from. The previous time Vodacom made use of another delivering company and the delivery conditions were different which I was not made aware of. After the first failed delivery by Ram due to the fact that the documentation was wrong on my side I contacted them via email explaining them the situation that I am actually staying on a farm and was not aware that the delivering conditions was different. We spoke back and front and I was informed by the Ram representative that the problem was escalated. After a couple of days not hearing back from her I was informed that Ram are attempting a second delivery at the same address than the previous time. Not knowing that they will be sending the parcel out for delivery again I was caught off-guard because I was still awaiting feedback. Someone from Ram contacted me and said the parcel will be delivered by 15h00. I've explained to her that I did speak to one of their reps and was awaiting feedback and did not know that the delivery was rescheduled again and asked if the can hand the parcel to my wife which were in town at that stage and having my ID with her. I was informed that they can't deliver to a third party. So here I am still awaiting my delivery as I never heard anything from Ram again.
