Ram not delivering service at all!!!!

I order a rain sim on the 1August,got a call from a Ram courier for delivery Teusday 4th August for delivery and i was not home at work still.He rescheduled for the next day and sti nothing i was in contact with their customer care center got nowhere just my parcel was stil at their hub.I then phoned again today Friday ,was Helped by Kayla who told me i can collect as i told her i was going to cancell my order got to the wharehouse and still could not get my parcel dont even know what the reason was as i was so tired of the unprofessionalism of Ram.

I will be in contact with rain to cancell order.
