RAM NOT Delivering Parcel????

Waybill: IG19452 This should have been delivered Friday already and now due to your strike you not delivering but yet RAM driver was in area so why can't they deliver my parcel? Why are the comments on the tracking lies??? As it states I wasn't at home but I was at work yet I work from home???? Trying to get in contact with RAM is useless and no one knows or cares about what is happening with the parcel.... Today my wife managed to get hold of their office just for them to say they don't know what is happening as their is no update!!!! This is unacceptable! Tomorrow is Wednesday and still NOTHING???? Since Friday when delivery was SCHEDULED!!!
