What i want to know is how a phone was collected **********ly by your people? How did they get my details my address including my number? How can you be so negligent with our information so we are not safe with you because any ******** with a sick mind can find us through your company I am so digusted you better sort out this nonsense

With which company was your parcel ordered from that it was given to us to deliver?
We use the information given to us by the sender to deliver the parcel at the prescribed delivery address and recipient.
Provide to us the tracking number of the parcel, as a private reply and we should be able to refer you to respective consultants who should be able to assist you in this regard and cancelling the order from your name and account.
