Ram non hand over
6 parcels were delivered to
Totalsports pavilion with my name and details
In November
I received 6 tracking numbers last week
The store contacted me to collect
But refused to hand over the goods
Since then Ram is yet to clarify

All sent in my name store called Ram and your consultant instructed them to be handed to me . Totalsports wouldn’t release even though they could manually
Kindly send directly to me all six orders were sent with my name on them
I ve lost two of the six tracking numbers you can get the remaining two from the store
Here are the four I have on me
AAAA *** , ***, ***,***
The orders will show other people’s names on your system but ALL 6 ORDERS WERE SENT ON BEHALF ACCORDING TO MY NAME AND DETAILS BEING PLACED ON EVERY ORDER
They store called Ram said hand over yet they refused even though they were sent in my name by Ram
If it’s in my name it belongs to me
