Ram non delivery
I have had 2 poor experiences with RAM couriers.
Monday - no delivery. I called and am told they didn't have my number.
I arranged for today Thursday delivery. Nothing on tracking so called at 9:22am. I had already called about 7am and 8am.
Its not yet out for delivery at 9AM despite being told earlier it would be sent out for delivery.
Sadly Ram consistently below par.

31 Mar 2022, 07:05They delivered BUT ID number and RICA address was totally wrong. Vodacom blames RAM and I can believe it.
Initially claimed couldn't deliver because they didnt have my number. How do you accept delivery without asking Vodacom for it IF RAM claims unable to deliver without my cell number? Tracking/logistics system needs overhaul.
