RAM - No hand to hand - No customer service
If I could give this company no stars I would. Terrible service. No explanation as to why I have not received goods ordered and received by them over two weeks ago. Says package was damaged and waiting to hear back from the service provider but don't other phoning the customer!!!!! I'm devastated - what a horrible experience.

Please note that we are still waiting for feedback from the sender of the parcel.
They should be able to advise of when they are going to replace the parcels that are damaged.

The items were not damaged.
The courier should be able to contact you upon delivery of the parcel at the address.
