Your service is shocking. First of all I am not in north riding. Secondly the delivery guy that phoned me told me that he doesn’t deliver in the area and that he would make sure the parcel was delivered on the 3rd in the early morning. After numerous attempts to speak to a manager and wasting airtime I found out that it was only going to be delivered on Monday. Now I am self employed and the package contains a sim card from rain so if I lose business thru your incompetence I will take this up legally.
