RAM no Delivery

As i am awaiting and tracking my pakage as suggested , i wait the whole day for delivery and nothing , when i went back to check the tracking of my parcel it says that no one is at home but i was at home the whole day , when i send a mail to customer care i did not recieve any feed back or any time limit , i wil tell all my other supliers of this and wil not be using RAM for collection of pakages or delivery of any sorts , think it is bad taste to lie and say no one is at home if you cant make a delivery. so RAM left a bad taste and dont think i wil be using them again
