RAM no answer to mails!

Absolutely PATHETIC!!!

I've tried phoning their George depot more than 10 times, in 2 hours, straight to their annoying hold music and a guy telling how important their customers are and after about 4min all you hear is a high pitch peep. Tried your online customer care nrs, same results. They did not even reply to my mails! From now on Im using any other courier than ram!
