RAM Next Day Delivery - Abysmal Service

Paid for an overnight delivery on Tuesday, package was not received the next day (Wednesday).

RAM call centre keeps stating that the complete address was not provided... spoke to the manager, said nothing can be done. Will have to wait for Thursday for package to be delivered.

The problem here is that an expectation was set to the client based on the overnight service provided by RAM, now this expectation has not been met and a client has been lost.

PS - This is not the first time i have experienced a delay in overnight service with RAM.

RAM... Please fix your glitched IT system that accepts courier collection/delivery without an address. Also, the call centre manager told me that a refund cannot be provided for the overnight service (even though the service was not actually provided).

Definitely won't be using RAM anymore, even if i have to pay more.

Service delivery is the most important aspect in business.
