Ram needs to teach their staff about customer service
The worst service I have ever received!! This morning I was send an email to say that the driver was at my house at 9:46 to deliver my phone from Vodacom. My old phone is not working properly, hence I placed the order thinking it would be more convenient. Boy was I wrong. I should have gone to a Vodacom shop instead! Ram definitely lief to me. I was at home, I had a friend visit me at 9:50, no driver was at my house. They then said they have my incorrect number, which is not my problem. It’s numbers I don’t even know. Nevertheless, I was the. Told at 13:00 that the driver would come and deliver after he has done his trips. After 4 phone calls, I was then told my phone Is back at the warehouse and will only receive it the next day. I mentioned that I will be away for the weekend and will leave Friday morning. I need my phone, but they seem just to not care at all!!! No one will even try to help. I will never use the services again.
But must admit, the driver that delivered was very friendly. Thank you to the responsible staff members for fixing the problem at the end of the day.

I sincerely apologize that we did not get this right from inception. I am pleased to hear the service you received from the courier was up to standard and that we were able to assist and resolve the matter soooner.
