Ram “mystery deliveries” never know when you’ll get it

That one star is even a lot for this company. After the list of complaints for poor service in one day, same problem.

Monday (2026/01/19) saw two missed calls claimed they called but only saw just missed call without ringing then followed by unsuccessful delivery. When I called the he said he left the place long time ago. I called them and rectified claimed incorrect address which was correct. I was promised for delivery next day.

Tuesday (2026/01/20) took day off at work so that I can receive my parcel. Waited until 17:26pm only to get another unsuccessful delivery WhatsApp text to reschedule for the next day, no call from them. At this point I want to cancel my order because I’m not sure if they will ever deliver.

I will complain from Under Amour that any delivery with Ram it’s a no no for me. Rather cancel the order.

Poor service, not deserving of any star.
