RAM my head against a f**king wall!

Ram couriers **** about trying to deliver a parcel I've been waiting for for 3 days, to my WORK address saying no one was home! I then got a call from Shaun Bell in the CT branch to arrange delivery to my home address between 19h00 - 21h00. No one has pitched or contacted me. I will not be at my work address tomorrow to accept delivery which was explained to them. After all the bad reviews I've seen, how is this company still in operation?! What a pathetic excuse for a courier company!
