Ram most useless courier service ever.

I ordered an item on bash was meant to be delivered last friday 01-11-2024 by RAM. We stayed at home and waited not delivery but received a whatsapp saying 'we regret to inform you that we were unsuccesful in delivering your order due to contact not available, How is this possible when we were at home the entire day waiting. No calls at all from RAM. On Saturday morning I called to see if I can collect it myself in Pretoria, Noluthando assured me it would arrive today 04-11-2024, it has not arrived. I called and was made to wait 11 minutes and the call was dropped. I have just called RAM now again and I am told that my parcel AAAB*** is still in thew warehouse and I need to advise on the whatsapp what I want to do. These are takkies ordered for my daughter whose birthday is tomorrow 05-11-2024. This is what one calls absolutely pathetic service.
