RAM more than 7 days delay

Worst service ever! It's been 8 days now waiting and still counting, my parcel has been at their warehouse for 7 days after it was collected from the store, I wouldn't recommend RAM for courier services as it doesn't serve the purpose of e-commerce, next time before I do any online purchases I'll have to check which courier is used.
