RAM MOBILE NON DELIVERY

Extremely disappointing courier service ever! Would not recommend to anybody.

I had a parcel from Vodacom to be delivered to me via Ram couriers. I received an email this morning stating that my parcel will be delivered to me by the afternoon. On checking the email properly I noticed a contact number which was incorrect. I then called the customer service line as well as sent an email to ***. The lady I had spoken to had told me that it's all sorted and she had spoken to the driver to change the contact details. At 5pm when no item was delivered, I devcided to track my parcel only to see that it now says RAM MOBILE NON DELIVERY 16H44. WHAT BULL**** IS THIS. EVEN AFTER GIVING THEM THE CORRECT NUMBER, NO CALL WAS MADE TO ME. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE. MY CORRECT NUMBER IS *** ORDER NUMBER K***
