RAM lying through their teeth

I ordered a rain simcard which is supposed to be delivered by Ram, they send messages that the parcel is out but twice they've never delivered, when tracking my parcel the 1st delivery stated I'm at work and not at home, so I guess now they know my whereabouts better than me and how were my whereabouts determined when none contacted me, yesterday I tracked my parcel again and this time its say i gave the wrong address...REALLY!!! Some idiot is lazy to do deliveries and stating lies as to why the didn't deliver. I demand for parcel to be delivered immediately!!!
