Ram lies and poor service

I waited from Thursday for a delivery from Isando to Pomona. When they finally notified from Thursday morning 07:52 that my parcel is out for delivery. I have still not received my parcel I have called the call center 9 times , they saying the driver is on the way. When you trace on their website, it says the attempt to deliver and it was unsuccessful. I never received msg or call only email. I needed the parcel to use it to work from home. It is going to the third day with their empty promise. What a useless logistics company. I will be sending an email to the service provider to get an alternative logistics company.
