ram lies and pathetic service
I have been waiting for my parcel the whole day since i received an email saying i was going to receive it between 8am to 5pm only to receive a text saying 'Our courier attempted the delivery but was unable to complete it' yet i was home the whole day and on top of that i never recieved any from anyone and the worst part of it is their call line doesnt go through

19 Dec 2024, 12:05You said it's going to be delivered today but on the tracking link its saying not out for delivery like *** is going on why don't you just cancel it cause you failing to deliver something that was supposed to take only hours now we've gone days,are we gonna get to weeks months before you deliver it,I need that order delivered today I have to use it please
