Ram lies

Got e-mail from Ram re delivery on 1/9 for delivery between 8-17 Driver phone me 16h48 (+27 xx*** )to ask if I will be available later as he was 40 km’s away and clearly not wanting to deliver. Said will receive delivery at work address next between 8-16 literally doen the road from Bellville depot. Did not deliver, when to depot, waited hour outside gates while they try to find driver but nothing. Got call 17:26 (+27 xx***) to ask if they could deliver on Saterday and at what adress. Said they will deliver 8-12. Call at 11:23 (***) Saterday to be told they never deliver over weekend. Got Emailed Monday 5/9 for delivery between 8-17. No delivery, called said they will deliver Tuesday. Got call at 13:30(+27 xx***) Ram said nobody at home with was total lie. (14:14 +27 (10) *** ) got call they admit that packet was in another vehicle not send to that area. Ask if they could deliver next day i again over to pick parcel up myself at depot which was denied. Only got ask by packages sender if packages was delivered but still nothing from Ram but lies
