Ram **** about their service

I made a quote on thursday 09-07-2015 to courier my parcel from Cape Town to Pretoria, i was told I needed to pay an amount of R171,68 of which I did pay. I was told my parcel will reach me by friday 10-07-2015 before 17:30, Well today is 11-07-2015 i have not received my package and when I try to trace my parcel online with tracking no it says no movement. From 09-07-2015 to 11-07/2015 I have not received any info regarding my parcel, to make things worse Ram don't work on Weekends. The parcel was supposed to be a gift for my brother's birthday for Sunday 12-07-2015. This is a bad service, I will never use their services again. Their quotes are full of lies.
