RAM Lie after Lie Couries

<p>This is the 2nd time I have had a TERRIBLE experience with RAM Hand to Hand couriers. My URGENT parcel was out for Deliver on Thursday, I moved all my appointments so that I could be here for delivery to sign - NO ONE CAME once I waited till 17:15 just to make sure if the driver is running late that I am here, received a message that night that they could not deliver. The next morning I received a message again my parcel is out for delivery, I called the Call Centre and they gave me the number of the distribution centre in Klerksdorp which the agent said they will deliver at 15:30 - 16:00. At 16:54 I called to follow up where is my parcel as I am in need of it URGENTLY and he said the driver will be here in 15minutes in a rude manner which is 17:10 (after working hours) after I told him they are LATE!!!! I waited till 17:30 and NO driver!</p> <p>This morning I called again to speak to the Manager which the agent rep**** she is too BUSY to speak to me this is UNACCEPTABLE!!! In the background I can hear the agents and Manager speaking and the agent said I was not avaialble for delivery and the Manager asking why it has not been delivered! I will never use them again. Their service is poor and unprofessional!!!! I am fuming I needed the parcel for the weekend and I am still waiting!!!!!!!!!</p>
