Ram & Le Creuset

How could Le Creuset pick a delivery service such as Ram mara? On Ram.co.za it shows that my parcel is out for delivery and its already 3pm and i have not heard anything. Yesterday they called to confirm my address, they had the wrong address apparently but i put in the correct address when i was ordering. If the goods i was ordering were cheap it would be fine. I'm disappointed in Le Creuset and Ram. I shoulv'e ordered the same items on Takealot.com had i known.
