RAM late delivery. Don't rely on their estimated for urgent packages.
I paid extra for a following business day courier. 2 days later and still no parcel in sight. Promised that it will arrive tomorrow afternoon, which is a day after estimated time. Really disappointed in service.

Thank you for the response.
I am not sure if my understanding of English failed me. But I was invoiced on the 11th for a next day service, and tomorrow is the 14th. So, I guess the obligation is written in the super fine print.
