Their service is stupid, wont accept my driver’s license as a ID. This is my legal Identification. It is a picture ID. By law its a valid proof of identification. Im not leaving this and will take it further.
In the past my Drivers was accepted for my Vodacom order.

Please note that Vodacom does not allow for us to deliver their parcels. You can contact Vodacom directly to take it up with the them and they should be able to explain why the delivery could not be done without the original ID.
We follow the SLA requirements of the sender.
