RAM keeps taking my stuff to their depot and wasting my week

Hi Rain/RAM support,

I have been running up and down trying to chase up RAM in connection to order RAIN04-***4 but RAM hasn't been of any use cause my order keeps on being sent back to their depot without a single person communicating this with me.

Understand that this has been a great inconvenience and i am have been unable to do anything work related etc.

Urgent help is needed cause i cannot even call the driver (first agent i spoke to in the morning **** to me and told me that she'll get the driver to call me but im still waiting and I've also been on hold for about 20 minutes with the current advisor)
