RAM just as USELESS as Vodacom!
RAM couriers are suppose to come and pick a parcel up for Vodacom. Yesterday I waited. Apparently the lady could not find my address. Early this morning I call RAM Couriers. After waiting minutes they tell you that you can send a whatsapp. Tried. First time while waiting for an *********** employee my chat expired an I have to go through the whole process again. Just so that they could say again the chat has expired. Then I call them again. After 10 minutes eventually a lady took down my details. Then Rowena called early this morning just to confirm the address again. I spelled it out to her. Up until now? Nobody came to fetch the parcel. One thing boggels my mind. It was'nt a problem for RAM to come and deliver the parcel. How come it is all of a sudden a problem for them to come and fetch the parcel again. They are useless.
