RAM ISANDO BRANCH - WORST SERVICE EVER!!

Last week I ordered a Rain Sim card and got an sms from RAM on the 14th of July notifying me that my Sim will be delivered but nothing happened and on the 15th the same thing happened. On the 16th the driver didn't get to me because apparently he was lost. Bare in mind that's the address I use all the time for delivery. I managed to get in contact with him and gave him the nearest place he can use and he promised to deliver my Sim card before the end of business. I waited for the guy to no success.

On the 16th I didn't get any notification so I decided to call the call center and Tumi assisted me. She made sure to get this delivered on the same day. The driver (Sipho) arrived around 20:30 and we provided the docs needed. We gave him my ID, bank statement (which has my home address and I don't stay there anymore, I'm a tenant). We also gave him the water bill of the delivery address because he insisted that the address number should match with the delivery address that he had. OK fine, we gave it to him and now the issue is that the water bill doesn't have my name on it. I'm a tenant there why would my name be on the water bill? He insisted we call the landlord to come by or else we not getting help. The landlord is in Cape Town and I can't register my Sim card under his name. I mean that's absurd! I mean we gave the guy all the particulars(my ID copy, track number from RAM, bank statements-that shows my home address and proof of my Rain application but still he didnt help us. There is no way I will request the Sim to be delivered at my home(where I no longer stay).

Takealot has always delivered material to me and I have never had an issue. Why now with RAM?

The issue wasn't getting resolved so Sipho called his manager April Vusimusi. April was no help at all. He told Sipho to leave us there and carry on... I mean he did not even bother to listen to side of the story. What kind of a manager is he? Why is he a manager if he doesn't help customers but become rude to them? Is it because we black and he's not scared of us like they are with white people?

Overall, I still don't have the Sim with me now. I'm thinking of canceling my subscription with RAIN because of the treatment I got from RAM!
