RAM is useless, unreliable and unprofessional

What pathetic, unprofessional service! My provider sends out my router for next day delivery on Wednesday! Due to the holiday on Thursday and RAM being lazy in comparison to other couriers who work on many holiday and Saturday's, I didn't receive my delivery and missed a day's work! The RAM tracker said I would receive my parcel on Friday by 5pm! From 10:44am the tracker showed that my parcel is preparing to go out and remained like that until 5pm! Then magically my delivery date vanished from their website and was unable to work for a 2nd day in a row!!!!!!! Now no expected delivery date reflects on their website and as a freelancer my job could be on the line and who is going to reimburse for two consecutive days missed?! I am also going to be ROYALLY *****ED if I do not receive my router by Monday 10am! I also understand why people and companies do not use RAM and use couriers like Courier Guy and Fastway instead because those couriers are reliable and even if they were late on their routes they will still get your parcel to you on the day stipulated even if it is outside of their working hours! Let me not even get started on the USELESS WHATSAPP CUSTOMER SERVICE whi ends the chat when they can't answer you or could even be that they don't want to assist/answer you! RAM is pathetic, unreliable and unprofessional and useless as a courier! I would suggest you liquidate the company and open a ****a shop, maybe you will be better at that than you are at getting a parcel to someone in the stipulated time! Never have I heard of a next day delivery that has still not been received 2days later! RAM do you plan on reimbursing me for the days of work lost??? If so, then by all means take your time to get my router to me!
