Ram is useless really

I am so angry. I ordered a RAIN sim card to do my school work I already paid for the sim card. My parcel came to the Pretoria branch on the 2nd of May 2020 at 8.54. I waited on Tuesday I called the Johannesburg number until I ran out of airtime no one answers the phone. I thought maybe it was too busy. I called again the following morning from 8 until I ran out of airtime no one answers. I called today the 8th the Pretoria branch the receptionist says she puts me through no one answered I called again and asked the receptionist who she is putting me through and she said the people to track my order and am like k but no one is answering and she cannot give me an answer she Is like let me put u through to someone who will assist I waited for more than 15minutes I ran out of airtime. I paid for that sim card to be using it the whole month guess what it's the 8the the sim card has been there for 6 days now. I am angry because I sent the an inbox on Facebook I sent an email and no one is getting back to me. Is it so hard for people to communicate? I am starting exams I want to prepare I can't.
