RAM IS USELESS AND THEIR MINORITY CALL CENTRE AGENTS ARE RUDE

Placed an order with BASH and the order was handed over to RAM for delivery. Received an SMS on Tuesday that the order was out for delivery. The courier had the wrong address and the driver advised that he would take it back to the office for them to change it and they would deliver it on Wednesday 17 July 2024. On Wednesday a different driver called and advised that he has the parcel but the address has not been changed. He spun me the same story as the previous driver. I then called customer service and gave them the correct address and the agent advised that the address has been changed and the parcel will be delivered the following day. Today, 18 July 2024 on Mandela Day, the address has not been changed and the package could not be delivered. I changed the address on the website. I called the customer service again and spoke to a very rude agent who dropped the phone in my ear. I want my items!!! It is taking you 5 days to deliver 1 lousy package? You need to teach your staff how to communicate.
