RAM IS USELESS, AND LACKS COMMUNICATION

i would like to know when my parcel will be delivered? is this a ****? am i being ****med? I'm saying this because every time, i try an track my parcel, the dates of delivery keep changing. how is that possible? I have called to ask if i can come and pick up my delivery myself, no response, which means that you are a ****. Because why cant i come and fetch my parcel, because you clearly are not able to deliver it. I would like to know where i can pick up my parcel, i want my stuff. If you as a company did not or do not have the capacity to handle orders, why do you acquire the business?
