RAM IS USELESS

Received a call on friday at 17h30 for first time from courier company to say they at my work reception to deliver parcel - I was home already and courier said they dont deliver weekends but will arrange for monday morning. On monday I called thrice only to be told on last call that it will be delivered tuesday. I received a sms tuesday morning to say package out for delivery - no calls - I then called ********** 726 a few times to request when parcel will arrive so that I am here when it comes - spoke to igsaan he said he will follow up i must hold - held on for 13 mins and couldnt anymore - called back and a girl tried to put me thru - line just rang and rang - tried to get her back on line just heard background noise from call centre but no response - seriously fed up now - called again spoke to charity ntwenya - she promised to follow up and get back to me - will see what happens - not holding my breath The only thing you can be sure of with these companies is mediocrity ..... that they excel at ...
