RAM IS UNPROFESSIONAL

RAM couriers is unprofessional and quite literally not interested in offering efficient delivery services. I have been waiting for my order to be delivered and planned the past two days around this order which means I have been very much home and available & yet they have been sending me emails of unsuccessful delivery attempts. Their drivers have not attempted to make any contact with me and getting through to their call centre is a mammoth task. RAM’s customer service is absolutely appalling and no one who is interested in efficient and professional courier services should even consider them. They send out smses claiming your order will be delivered before 5pm then just before 5pm some agent will call you to reschedule or confirm your address and the next day the cycle continues. In my history of being an e-consumer I have never received such *********, careless and lazy service. RAM needs to decide if they are interested in being a courier company or not because their current approach is nowhere near industry standard.
