RAM is trying to emulate the SA Post Office

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday 26 June 2018, however I was never given a reference number or any confirmation that this would happen. I received a call later on that day to find out whether they can Deliver on Thursday, which was agreed to. But Thursday came and went with no sign of the package. Friday came and went, again no package. So I phoned RAM to find out what is going on and Rebecca told me that the parcel is lying in their warehouse and is not out for delivery. She then said it will be sent on Monday 2 July. Again, Monday came and went and when I phoned Rebecca again all she said was that the package is still in their warehouse.

How can you possibly run a courier company like this in 2018, seems like you want to compete with SAPO at this rate.
